Hoppers opened its doors in Midvale, UT December 16th, 1996 becoming the first brew pub in the south end of the Salt lake Valley. Since its inception, Hoppers has offered both tradition and non-traditional bar food from our famous beer battered fish and chips, and homemade soups and burgers to our complimentary sticky buns served with weekend brunch. We also craft our award winning beer in our onsite brewery.
While Hoppers is just one location, we compete with the best nationally. To date Hoppers has won 34 Medals for our hand crafted brews at the North American Brewers Association and the Great American Beer Festival. While modern beer styles have limited brewers by putting everything into categories, our Brewmaster, Donovan, finds inspiration in history and takes beer back to its roots and then gives it a twist without taking away the quality of a good beer.
